Good design always provides structural competitive advantage

The term user interface (UI) design is an important part of UI designer for web or application. In connection with UI Design, the term UX Design also appears again and again. UX Design stands for User Experience Design. The user interface means the user interface of a website or application that a user uses. The user experience is about how the user feel about the user interface and how he experiences it. UI and UX design go hand in hand. The result of a good designed user interface should be a positive user experience.

The UI design – interface between man and machine

With the help of UI design one is primarily offer the user a visually pleasing user interface. This user interface is above the app or it can be the visual representation of a web page. In the first impression, a user interface is not about the look, but it makes easier for user to interact with the website or the particular app. It is all about the user logic and the optimal design process, which the user would love to begin on the website or in an app.

The optimal structural structure of the user interface thus exactly determines the success or failure of a product. In the development, therefore, the design was already separated from the actual logic behind an application. web developers or programmers are not very concerned about user interface, but now days companies have their own UI designers, which work on these user interface designs and make these designs so attractive and easy to use.

UI Design – Intuition design is the focus

One of the most important rules in user interface design is to develop a consistent design. If so, a corporate UI design for an application or a website. A well-designed UI makes it very easy for the user to understand and use the application or website. So a website or application should be intuition. We all knows that an X-Button for canceling or terminating a function, it doesn’t need to get approval.

In User interface design, so one should always stick to some of the design conventions and best practices. However, this does not mean the user interface design should always look same. So when we designing websites or online shops, new design approaches can be taken according to requirement. Depending on the particular design goal, UI designer can modify the design, for example, so instead of placing the navigation bar on the top left side as usual, it may also be placed on the top right side.

UX Design – User-friendliness is essential

Without designing a good UX it is hardly possible to develop a good UI design. User Experience includes all the experiences, views, and emotions a user has while interacting with the interface of a particular website, application, or software. UX Design therefore focuses on efficient use. So, for a good UX design, the target group of users must be known beforehand, their purpose and needs for using the particular website or app, as well as the purpose of the website or the software.

A proper target group analysis is important because each group has certain experiences and previous knowledge or even physical conditions that must be incorporated into the user interface (UI) design. for example, a app is developed whose target group is 5+, care must be taken that the design and content should easily be understandable and user-friendly. What is shown in the UX design is that, for example, buttons are significantly larger and animated. But in the pure UI design it would have probably only a button in standard size, whereby, however, the user experience (UX) would have been quite worse.

The troupe walk between User interface (UI) and user experience (UX)

Developing a visually cute button, which also scores good in usability, can develop into a challenge. Not everything that looks beautiful must also be functional and not everything that is functional must be fairly ugly. UI and UX Design is the cut of aesthetics and usability. such as a uniform corporate design, sometimes make an optimal user experience extremely difficult. So in this case, it has to be weighed about whether the design is designed for user friendliness.

The importance of the user-friendliness of an interface is reflected in the various tests on user behavior. How does it identify a product in a web shop or how does it react when replacing known symbol with alternative version? Such tests are often the subject of scientific studies and some of large companies publish their new application or website without having previously tested them at customers and clients. Therefore, A / B or multivariate tests are carried out on landing pages. The resulting feedback from audience or users is an important building block to adapt the UI design and to get a good UX design.

UI and UX Design apply together

UI and UX design are hard to separate. Good UI/UX designers are able to handle both aspects and, in addition to the needs of the user, also they work on feedbacks from customers. UI and UX design, the user’s emotional experience is even more positive. A website looks aesthetically and visually pleasing and the better when UI/UX apply together.
